At Sandtree Designs LLC, we take pride in crafting high-quality engraved wood and slate products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receipt.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at slr@sandtreedesignsllc.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. Provide Photos: For damaged or defective items, include clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Return the Product (if required): You may be required to mail the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refund Amount

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price, minus shipping and handling fees.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item (if applicable).

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items returned beyond the eligible return period.

  • Products that show signs of use or alteration.
